RULES:

The tournament will be played according to the valid IFF rules, edition 2006.

 

PLAYING  SYSTEM:

The teams will be divided into groups  of four or five,  playing against each other once. The best two teams in each group reach the play off which is played according to the cup system. The match time in all categories is 2 x 15 minutes; quarterfinals and semi-finals will be played 2 x 20 minutes. Finals will be played 3 x 20 minutes. The playing time will not be measured effectively with the exception of the last 3 minutes of the eliminating matches – starting from the quarterfinals. There  will be no team time-out in the gourp matches.

 

 

INSURANCE:

Please note that every participant is taking part in the tournament on his own risk and is not generally insured by the organisation. Therefore a general travel insurance is reccommended.

 

PLAYING TIME:

MAN

  • 2x15 min with last 3 minutes not being effectively measured in all the group matches. The interval between the first and second period is 2 minutes. There  will be no team time-out in the gourp matches.

  • 2x20 min with last 3 minutes being effectively measured in all eight-final, quarterfinal, semi-final. The interval between the first and second period is 5 minutes

  • 3x20 min with last 3 minutes being effectively measured in the final match. The interval between the periods is 10 minutes.

WOMEN

  • 2x15 min with last 3 minutes not being effectively measured in all the group matches. The interval between the first and second period is 2 minutes. There  will be no team time-out in the gourp matches.

  • 2x20 min with last 3 minutes being effectively measured in all eight-final, quarterfinal, semi-final. The interval between the first and second period is 5 minutes

  • 3x20 min with last 3 minutes being effectively measured in the final match. The interval between the periods is 10 minutes.

REFEREES:

The matches will be directed by top class referees.
The nomination will be published in the second week of August.

 

REGISTRATION FEE:

The registration fee is EUR 200.00 per team and must be transferred by 20 of  June,  via SWIFT to:

Please note that the registration fee is not refundable and the amount is netto - the bank charges are to be covered by the transferring team.


PRIZES:

The best teams and players in each category will be awarded with cups. The best teams and players  will also get practical awards.

 

TOURNAMENT JURY:

Potential protest should be delivered to the JURY  or to the hall secretariat in a written form 15 minutes after the match at latest.
Protest fee: EUR 20.
In case of refusing the protest the fee is not refunded. The verdict of the JURY can not be questioned.
